Hi, I'm Lisa Rutland and I've been a Strata Searcher for over ten years. In that time I've both inspected records and acted as returning officer.
For those of you who know local search agencies I trained with Purchaser Strata Inspections (PSI) and was their Gold Coast representative for around six years. I then moved to full time work with Pentons, the Gold Coast's largest search agency.
I left Pentons in 2013 to start MyBodyCorpReport.com.au. where I continue searching records as well as publishing a regular blog about body corporates, where they go wrong and what lot owners can do about it.
I regularly work as returning officer predominantly for schemes on the Gold Coast.
