A Pre-Purchase Strata Report gives you a clear look at the building’s finances, issues, and management so you can decide if it’s the right move. It helps you avoid nasty surprises, renegotiate if needed, or walk away before it’s too late.

How much is a pre purchase strata report?
Do I get copies of the body corporate documents?
A pre purchase strata report is $350 including GST. Payment will need to be made at time of order unless other arrangements have been made.
Yes, the report will include a comprehensive review of search documents obtained along with copies.
How long does it take to receive the report?
We book all orders for completion within 5 – 6 business days. Legislation allows the body corporate 7 days to respond to requests for access to records. Though many will respond quicker we cannot guarantee it will be earlier.
We recommend strata review clauses in contracts be for 10 – 14 days to allow time to obtain the report and digest its findings.
What if I need it quicker than that?
Urgent searches are possible depending on our availability and ability to access records. They can only be completed by appointment. Call or email us to check if possible.
An additional fee of $40 is payable to “jump the queue”. Urgent searches will take 2 – 3 business days, if possible.
