I believe a pre purchase strata report is a crucial part of due diligence investigations for those buying a unit. There are simply too many issues that can arise to wing it.

Because I believe everyone should carry out an inspection before they buy, I’ve tried to keep the price of the pre purchase report as low as I can for as long as I can.

Unfortunately, this is not possible anymore.

From 1/11/2025 the price of the pre purchase strata report will be increasing to $350. Sadly, buildings are becoming increasingly more complex and it’s taking longer to complete the report with the same accuracy and attention to detail.

The increase will take effect on all orders made on / from 1/11/2025. If your order was placed before 1/11/2025 then it will be billed at the previous rate.

Urgent search fees to “jump the queue” will be an additional $40 on top of the $350, or $390. Urgent searches will remain limited due availability and workload.
